1992 Acclaim Cigarette Lighter non-functional

I just bought a Sirious Satellite radio system only to realize my Cigarette lighter does not have power to it. I was wondering what could cause this. Could it be a blown fuse or anything like that?

Today I replaced the fuse in my car, and it began to work, I reccomend replacing fuse 15, it takes a 20a fuse.(Or at least it did mine) Good luck
