1990 Plymouth Acclaim Head light

I put a new head light bulb in and put a new fuse in but the bright light will now work, but the other one works fine. Any sugestions?

Switch the two bulbs side-to-side to see if the bulb or the socket is the problem.

If the bulb is dim, there is a bad ground and both the high and low beams will be dim. On the dim setting, the high beam indicator on the dash will be on dim too. If the bulb is out completely, suspect a problem with the feed wire.
