Plug in location?

I can't find this plug-in location been looking for it for a while now I think it may be the reason the fans don't turn on can anyone help me please?

Hello,

Can you tell us which plug in location you are looking for?
Are you trying to find the plug-in location for the OBD port?
If so, that port is located under the driver side dash. Below the steering wheel next to the hood release lever (see picture below).

You mentioned that the fans do not come on. Do both of the fans have wire connectors attached to them?
Also, can you tell me the wire colors that are on that connector?

Yes, both fans have wire connectors. And the colors on the connector there's a green wire. One looks black and yellow. And the other one has a red strip I'm not sure of the other color on the wire looks like it's a see-through color. And only 3 wires.

This could be the outside temperature sensor harness.

Would that not being plugged in cause the fans not to turn on?

That should not impact the fan performance.
Have you tested the fans by providing 12V power to them?
