Code C1244 open or short circuit in deceleration sensor?

c1244 open or short circuit in deceleration sensor?

This sensor is also called a Yaw sensor.

C1244 – Yaw Rate Sensor Zero Point Calibration Not Performed

This sensor is under one of the front seats, I would check the electrical connector for corrosion as well before replacing the sensor. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
