Check engine light on and codes 7E8 engine and 7E9 A/T

My check engine light came on and the error codes read 7E8 engine and 7E9 A/T. What is a ballpark figure for this fix?

Very hard to say as neither of those are actually trouble codes, they are menu codes on a scan tool. 7E8 is the Engine Control Module menu and 7E9 is the Transmission control module menu. You use a scan tool to enter the menus and get the actual codes. Please scan farther to get the actual codes they will be similar to P0442 or U1201.
