Play on steering, the MOT advisory was track rod end ball joint has slight play?

The track rod end has been replaced but still slight play on steering. Does the ball joint need replacing, also? Are track rod ends and ball joints 2 separate parts?

Track rod is throwing me off a little, I am not sure what you mean. Here is an exploded view of the steering and suspension can you. Please let me know what part they are talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.

Tie rod end is another name for it. Sorry I don't have a clue from the images.
