Pistons on calipers

I found all 8 Pistons totally crumbled.
The mechanic, service department and race car mechanic could nut explain my finding. Except that it might be the rubber fluid line may have separated causing the fluid to malfunction.
The pads were all showing normal wear except one on the rear which caused the rotor to be replaced
What is your thoughts on this

Bad fluid moisture in the system, rust from boots on piston not sealing or worn out also wrong fluid. I would think the hoses aren't old enough to crumble unless they are really cheap ones.

It was original fluid which came with the new truck. We flushed out the
lines as best as we could. I will replace the rubber lines just In case.
