Will the pistons always fall into the same pattern on a 360 degree turn when lined up to the timing mark?

Hello,

360 degree rotation of the crankshaft will return all the pistons to the starting position. So yes.

Are you trying to replace the timing chain?
I have attached the instructions for that as well.

Had to replace the water pump and I turned the crankshaft to realign and I just wanted to make sure that was it came to the same position, I thought I did. I just want to make sure so thank you.
