I heard a noise randomly come from my car. I checked under the car, and if you check the image attached, that is what I saw. A pipe seems to be broken or unattached from the main unit under the car. There was some oil that had been leaked underneath my car. Any advice what the problem is? Also, how much it may cost to fix it?

YOU'LL HAVE TO FOLLOW THE OIL TRAIL AND FIND WHERE IT ORIGINATES.

IN YOUR PIC, LOOKS LIKE A HEAT SHIELD HAS POPPED LOOSE ON ONE END. A REASONABLE MUFFLER SHOP SHOULD BE ABLE TO REATTACH IT FOR JUST A FEW BUCKS (JUST A GUESS, $20, GIVE OR TAKE)
