It started by intermittently not starting horn blowing. I reset everything and after a month or so it’s doing it again turned over won’t start then I go in and hit the reset then it doesn’t start or anything. I did erase the old keys hope because whenever I got done, I was hoping it would lead me to the pin code, but it didn’t. But it didn't.

If you mean the security system PIN, the Launch cannot retrieve it. The dealers can get it and some locksmiths can. There are tools that can retrieve the PIN, but they are not commonly available. There is supposedly an app out there that can be installed on some Launch units that can retrieve the PIN, but I've heard it sometimes works and sometimes breaks the system.
