Good morning!

1. A pin was broken from the wire harness that plugs into the ECU. The wire that is attach to the broken pin is a little yellow wire. Can this prevent the vehicle from revving or accelerate? Also, do you know how to remove and install a new pin?

2. In addition, the radio in the car is not working. Do you know how to get it in working order? Thank you for a speedy response.

All the best!

Hello, I'm Danny.

Yes, I've attached pictures of the wiring diagram and the yellow wire connects from the PCM to the accelerator position sensor. That would cause the accelerator to not rev/accelerate.You will have to get a specialty pin removal tool to take the connector out of the harness. After removal you will need a specialty connector and crimping tool to make the connection. Then put back into the harness. Here is a wiring tutorial for you:

Also, what seems to be the complaint for the radio not working? Let us know.Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
