Left hand side in the back, piece broken off, my brother said keeps rear end in place.

Is there any way you can upload a picture of the broken part and where it broke off from the vehicle at for me? It would help out a lot in this instance.

If this is like a lot of the Fords around here it is likely to be the rear trailing arm mount or the arm itself. Fores the part look like the image below?
