What is this rattling metal piece under car?

There is a metal piece rattling under my car (coupe). I've attached some photos. Does anyone know what this piece is called, and what would be a fair price for a replacement + labor?

Hello,

It looks like an exhaust heat shield.
For the picture it looks like the shield just simply came off the bolt that it mounted with.
It does not appear that you will need to replace the part, rather simply re-attach it.

You should be able to simply remove that bolt and use a washer on the bolt so it will cover the hole on the heat shield and re-attach.

I circled the bolt for your reference.
