2001 Peugeot Partner Cant get rear brake hub off

Hi there I am trying to change the brake pads but I cant get the rear hub off. I read in the manula that there is a cath inside the back which you have to move with a screwdriver but I cant get anythig to work. Please help.

tap all around drum with a hammer .. remove plastic/rubber bung on rear of hub and rotate shoe adjuster with screwdriver to release tension on shoes
