2000 Other Peugeot Models loss of power

my peugeot 406 TDI loses power for several seconds and the engine management light comes on,this goes off after several seconds and The power comes back on.this is intermittent problem.I have had diagnostic checks which proved inconclusive.

have you had the codes read on the computer it should show stored codes but it sounds like a turbo issue like the temp sensor or air intake sensor or turbo pressure sensor please have codes read and get back to me
