1997 Peugeot Expert 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have run the eng without the thermostat did not blow hot i have changed the pipes over to blow back any blockage did not blow hot any ideas please

fush the heater core using a garden hosepipe to clear any blockages !!
