I have a on screen message on the on board computor that the partical filter addative is low. Where do I put the addative to remove the warning

the additive is housed in a tank next to your fuel tank under the car its about 30 to 40 pound a litre i couldnt get hold of any so had to take car to a pug mechanic to sort out if your near walsall i can give you the address of the garage cheaper than main dealers
