2005 Peugeot 407 car wont start

hi , i got a problem with my ******407******.. its 2005 and diesel. the problem is that it wont start? there is no response at all when i turn the ignition. i have had the battery checked and its fine, the altenator has been checked also and is fine, and i have paid today for a new starter motor.. but the problem is still there.... the car CAN be bump started. the only thing different is that on the dash it says 'economy mode activeted'. any ideas to wot the problem could be??? as i am a women i do not want to be fleeced out of anymore money unessesaraly!

have the starter motor rechecked and all the wiring to the starter also !
