2002 Peugeot 406 car vipers dont work

hi i bought a peugeot 406, a few days ago the car vipers start playing up.
when i start the vipers they wont stop until after 2 minutes i switch off the car.
the next day they wont move much just a jerk bit with out even running them.
now they wont work at all.

i got the motor viper changed but that hasnt soved the problem.
realy appriciate if you could help me with this.
as i cant afford expensive repairs.

check/replace the relay .. check/replace the switch
