1999 Peugeot 406 Manual

I had it running it switched off i thought it had run out of deisel as i couldn't get it started again it ticks over like its gonna start but dosnt, i went and got some deisel but it still wont start up

check fuel pressure .. fule pump fuse and relay .. also check timing belt condition
