Steering problem
1999 Peugeot 406 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I had the link arm on rear suspension replaced, since then the steering wheel has been off centre and the steering pulls to the near side. i have had the wheels laser tracked, but the problem still persists.

take the vehicle backe to the place that "tracked" it and have them recheck it !
