2000 Peugeot 306 idolation

ive had a new idolation valve fitted because the car would fluctuate between 1000 n 2000 revs and it has stopped. the only trouble i have now is that when the car gets walm its holds its revs between 1000 and 2000 revs whilst not in gear?

check for vacuum leaks .. check/clean or replace the MAF sensor
