turbo will not work and loses power and stalls when slowing dowen

Hi there,

Turbos are a a very specialized area, a home mechanic or even a general workshop will not have the specialized equipment to repair turbo faults, from what you are saying, you turbo impeller may be seized, a mechanic can check this for you, but you will have to get a turbo specialist to do any repair work.
