1995 Peugeot 306 fan heater

Heater problem
1995 Peugeot 306 Manual 87000 miles

I have a 95 Peugeot 306 1.9 XLDT, and just recently my fan heater (air con) has stopped pumping out warm air into the car, the fan it'self is still working but all is sends out is cold air. Buts its starting to get annoying now and rather unsafe now that it is getting a lot colder in the morning, and de-mister cant clear the windows properly. Anyone know how to fix it ? any help would be great. thanks

replace the thermostat and flush entire cooling system
