I just put a new exhaust on my car, previous to the new exhaust no problems, on picking up my car the fitter tells me I have a catalist converter problem, could he have created this problem. He also said that the old exhaust came in 3 parts but the new one is now 2 parts. He charged me £298.00 for this exhaust.
I've put engine size as 4 cylinder, I have no clue of that, it is a 2 litre engine.

If the repair centre have replaced the full exhaust .. then they must have replaced the catalytic convertor as well .. it is built into the exhaust ... so how can you possibly NOW have a fault on it !!
