2001 Peugeot 206 Horn & Airbags

2001 Peugeot 206

My pther half has just bought a Peugeot 206. 51 plate.
There is a slight bump in the front, which we are not too worried about, but both the airbags are gone and the horn does not work.
is it still safe to drive?
how much, round about, would it cost to get repaired?

I would have the airbags replaced before driving .. the vehicle will not pass MOT without airbags ... most good repair centres will quote for free
