2000 Peugeot 206 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 70k miles

i have noticed yellow scum on the underside of the engine oil refill cap. the oil from the dip stick looks ok. should i be concerned?

some times a little yelowing is natural .. keep a check it does not get worse .. have the cylinders compression tested ..to check for gasket leaks !!
