1999 Peugeot 206 Manual

I have a peugeot 206 and I live in Albania. here the temperatures are high and there is a lot of traffic. I want to change the oil of engine but I don't know what kind of oil I have to use to the engine because I want that kind of oil that resists the high temperatures and the traffic. thank you
