1999 Peugeot 206 Manual

I have bought a product that cleans injectors and fuel system and I want to know how many times shoul I use this products because in my country the diesel isn't so good and the air is polluted. this kind of product is bad ore good for the engine? I don't know that is the right way buying this products or I can do something else for keeping my engine in a good form?
