2000 Peugeot 106 fuel problem

hi i have a 106 quicksilver 1.4 that dose not start as it dose not pump fuel.have tryed new fuel pump and pressing the red button.but if i put positave nd negative to the fuel pump it dose pump fuel and start. but then floods it

check fuel pump fuse and relay .. the computer (PCM)controls fuel pump "on" time .. check you are getting a hot/live feed to pump when cranking using a voltmeter .. if the pump is good, fuse is good, relay is good, then you have a fault on the wiring or a bad computer
