1993 Peugeot 106 hand brake

1993 Peugeot 106 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

i have replaced the rear shoes and the hand brake cables and adjusted them but the hand brake does not work. why?

double check you have them adjusted correctly .. aslo you have the adjuster fitted correctly !
