Persistent p2135 code?

I keep getting this p2135 code. It started around August of last year. I have replaced the throttle body,TAC, accelerator Sensor and check the wires. This issue went away after pulling all the wires looking for breaks. Two weeks ago it started again. I broke down and bought a new PCM. The issue is still there. Help im at my wits end

Hello, majority of the time when I see this, someone has already replaced all the same exact parts and the fault comes right back. But the clue is your pulling on the wires and the issue went away for awhile. The first test I do regardless if you have looked, tested, measured, etc with the wiring is doing a pin drag test on the throttle body connector, the TAC connector, APP sensor connector. Use a pin a little smaller than the pin inside the components connector. You should feel a slight drag on each female pin. Using a smaller pin for testing reassures us that the component connector's pins will all fit tight and give a good connection.
Although I will say I have seen more issue with inline connectors than the connectors at the components. Look for green or white crusty corrosion inside all the connectors those wires run through. And the section you pulled on might have some of the copper wiring broken inside the insulation that you cant see. So go back to that area and recheck whatever you pulled on to fix the issue. Ill post the wiring diagrams for you in case they are needed for checking powers and grounds.

Real quick, service info has you check the 5volt reference first thing. Make sure it is not higher or lower than 5volts. This code has TPS 2 disagreeing with TPS 1 by more than 7.5% for at least 1 second.

The first 2 diagrams are the oem wiring for the TAC, APP, and TPS. Along with the code setting criteria and what the ECM is seeing. The last 3 diagrams are the Flow chart for that code. You can follow it if you get down a rabbit hole, but start with checking connectors and wiring again, many times it turns out to be pin fitment or broken wire strains inside insulation, and its not always easy to find.
When wires break the copper strains inside the insulation its due to either water getting in there you can usually see that wire is discolored somewhat where its having a problem inside. It discolors because moisture got inside and rotted the wiring.
the P100 on the 2nd page below is the pass through the firewall, there will most likely be a bulk harness connector there.
The throttle body doesnt have any inline connectors with the TAC, and P100 might not even be a bulk connector, just a pass threw.
When you check the 5volt References at the sensors, I like to check them by using the body ground and then also the sensor ground just to be sure.
