Vehicle responds to throttle in neutral and park. When in drive and reverse it will crawl at 3 mph tops with no ability to move uphill. Very unresponsive to throttle. No slipping or revving.

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros. Com.

The code you have is a generic transmission code. You need to get a scanner that can read transmission codes to determine the problem. Take a look at the attached picture.

Once you do this, let me know what you find.

Take care,
Joe

Welcome back:

Please understand, this is a guess. Most often, the TCM is the problem or there is a ground issue. Inspect the wiring to make sure something has not rubbed through. Before I would arbitrarily replace the TCM, I would retrieve all codes hidden behind the 700.

Let me know what you find.

You are very welcome. I hope you understand that I am concerned with my suggestions. I hate telling my opinion when I do not have all the information. Basically, I do not want to cost you money that is not needed.

If you do not mind, can you let me know what you find? I am really interested in knowing.

Take care and good luck.

Joe
