I was wondering how the PCV valve grommet should be put in and how far it has to go in. when I removed the old one it was totally trashed and had to break it off piece by piece to get it out and I want to make sure I put it back the correct way. thanks!

Hello,

The PCV valve grommet is just there to seal the PCV valve into the valve cover and to hold it in place. As long as these two things happen, there really is no right or wrong way to insert it. I hope this helps.

Thanks,
Alex
