PCM or BCM

1999 DODGE STRATUS

Gauges, door locks, inside dome light ,wipers, mile reads 0. Gauges lights all stop working when the temperature gets in the eighty degrees range when it cools down they come back on. Took it to the dealer said internal failure PCM. Could the PCM or BCM be my problem? The dealer would not fix because parts are discontinued. Car runs fine.

Hello,

This sounds more like a BCM problem. I would plug a used one in to see if it fixes the problem. Also, check all of the fuses just in case.
