Hi,
The PCM controls many things. So, that indicated there could be several causes.
What I would suggest is this. Disconnect the negative battery terminal and then locate the larger orange wire which is attached to the PCM. That provides battery voltage to the module. Follow that wire back to the fuse box and inspect it for damage or anything that can cause a short. If it checks good, disconnect that connector (connector 1) from the PCM and inspect the pin in the connector connected to the orange wire. See if that pin has melted and is shorting against something.
Also, make sure the connector isn't full of water.
I attached three pics below to help. Pic 1 shows the PCM location, pic 2 shows connector 1, and pic 3 shows what pin provides battery voltage.
