Pcm/ecu/ecm flash/reprogram?

I am doing a engine swap in a 2007 Mazda 6i. I am almost finished and need to know if with the stock pcm/ecu/ecm and wire harness if I have to have it flashed/reprogrammed for the car to run properly? If so where do I have this done and average cost? Is it something I can do myself?

if you are sticking the same size motor in it nothing needs to be reflashed. it may need a security reset due to battery disconnect. for that if no manual look online for that car on how to do it.
