I am assuming this is OBD1 as there is no code for this In OBD2 see pics there is also nothing for quad 3&4 this can be a shorted wire as well as dirty battery cables or battery condition as well as grounds and connections

Dear HMAC300, thanks for your fast response!
Why do I have to check the EVAP solenoid? This valve is so relevant for the system?
Thanks a lot,
Regards

Because that is what may be giving your the quad driver problem same with both if they don't work or are shorted out you end up with that code.I see that may be an actron scanner is it made for OBD1? That may be your problem.

Good Shoot, I don't hear any sound when I turn key ON position from EVAP Solenoid, however when it make a direct connection from battery I hear a sound very similar to relay, in my case must be the wiring. Thank genius!

If your codes have gone away don't worry about it. It only works at certain times when it is called for so if even you hear arelay click doesn't mean it's for the evap.
