I have the car listed above z28, that I just put a 6.0 LQ9 in. But when I plug up the battery the PCM/battery fuse (10a) blows when I try and replace it, it blows as soon as it touches. I’ve replaced the PCM and still have the issue I replaced the engine harness and still happens and now I’ve changed the fuse box itself and all the wiring connected to it and still having the same problem I even unplugged the fuel pump and tried it I'm still having the same problem. Now I’m at a loss.

You are on the right track, I would unplug the ignition coils, fuel injectors and oxygen sensors and then plug them in one at a time until the fuse blows, this will tell you which sensor is shorted and causing the fuse issue. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
