I went to an emissions test center with my 98 chevy camaro and they told me i will need to reset my monitors in order to pass smog, so i would like to know how do i reset the monitors on the car?

All you have to do is drive the car around for a day or so, maybe even a few days and they will reset themselves. If you cleared the codes if you had any you zeroed out the monitors and will have to drive around for them to reset.
