It will not close manually or by pushing the inside buttons. I have tried resetting it switching the fuses and even slightly lifting the door and pushing it closed with both hands with all my force. It will not budge. It moves slightly very slightly then it acts like it’s getting stuck on something, but nothing is there. No one can physically see why the door won’t move. Please help.

Hi,

If you can't move it at all, there is a chance one of the drive cables has broken, or come off causing it to stick.

You indicated there are no visible issues. Did you check the drive cable at the top track which is attached to the door? See pic 1 and 2.

If you have and that appears normal, the door panel will need to be removed to inspect inside the door for a broken cable, jammed cable on one of the tracks, or anything that is out of place.

The remaining pics explain how to remove the panel. Let me know what you find or if you have other questions.

Let me know what you find or if I can help in any way.

Take care,

Joe
