Passenger side slider (only) not working properly?

The door opens and closes properly using remote and from the console. It does not respond to signal from the outside door handle to open electrically, just manually. Kia service told me there are no fuses in that circuit and suggested a sensor reflecting the door state may be bad. Can you help?

Sure, the first thing we need to do is perform a CAN scan which is easy. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) from Amazon.

This will give a direction to go in the help fix the car. To me it sounds like the module could be going out, but I don't want to just through parts at it. Please check out the images below to see what I am talking about. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
