Hi,

Please make sure that all the information I put in this website are correct for your vehicle. but it looks like they have your mirror with backing plate. Just make sure you look in the second section because the top is glass only. They are labeled as such but I just want you don't get the wrong one.

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/nissan,2015,altima,2.5l+l4,3308910,body,outside+mirror+glass,6484

Let me know if you have questions. Thanks

My car doesn’t have the turn signal, doesn’t have heat and it’s non-foldaway. The foldaway is bigger the mine. My brother order that one off amazon and it was to big. I have looked all over the internet I only found one and it was on eBay for $50.00. That’s crazy..

Okay. Can you measure the other side and see if it matches the one that I highlighted? I understand that specific mirror does not include the backing plate but I just want to make sure that is the correct size.

Also, do you still have the old mirror that broke with the backing plate? If so, does it look like you can remove it?

It looks like the second option circled in red on the attachment shows it has the glass and backing plate. It appears this is what you are looking for:

No mine isn’t heated and doesn’t fold. It looks like 99214 without back plate...

I'm sorry. I didn't mean the second option in the circled section (even though that is what I said). I just re-read my post and that is what it said. Sorry for the confusion. What I meant was the lower section has all the options for the mirror and bracket.

If yours is the smaller mirror and it is not offered there, I think your only option is the dealer or a salvage yard where you can buy the entire mirror and then just take what you need so you don't have to repaint the new mirror.

I see you have been waiting for some time. I don't have exact instructions for your car, but I will tell you that all door mirrors that I have replaced simply required the removal of the inner door panel to acces the mounting bolts.

2007 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi
I have a 2007 Nissan ALtima 2.5 SL with 30k miles on it. The frame on the right mirror broke just a little though the cap is still there, I am curious if it rains or other water gets in will that ruin the car in any manner ? its a minor breakage on the black frame around the corner and asked dealership they said the whole thing would need to be replaced.

2003 Nissan Altima Automatic

I need to replace the side view mirror on the passenger side. How complicated is it to do myself? I am pretty sure if it is just taking the old one off and screwing a couple parts back on I can do it. Just wanted to know what I might need in order to do it. Thanks.

The mirror is powered, non-heated, non-moving.

Hi lindseyj6,

No special tools needed, just a screwdriver, but you need to loosen the door panel to get the wire coupler off.

I need to replace my driver side mirror. I ordered the mirror online but I'm trying to find directions on how to remove the old mirror and install the new one. I would rather not pay for an entire repair manual considering this is just a minor installation. Does anyone know where I can find free directions on how to replace a side mirror on a Nissan Altima?
