passenger side blows hot air only

passenger side blows hot air I have dual climate control bought a blend door actuator to install problem is I can not figure out how to get the glove box out any help would be great I can not tell you how annoying this is when it is 92 degrees. I had the same thing on the drivers side and was able to fix it but on the passenger said I can't get the glove box out to see where the heck it is. thank you in advance

glove box may squeeze together then pull down remove insulator at bottom see pic
