Passenger seat lever cable replacement part question?

Passenger lever cable broke including bottom and top, is there any way to get those parts or do I have to find a used seat? I took it apart and found the problem, but I need to know if I can buy them.

The dealer is the only place you can get parts like this, if they don't have it, I would search eBay for a used seat, they have resources for parts like this. Here is how to remove the seat in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
