Passenger front exterior side mirror

I am missing something can you see the trim around one mirror? My passenger side is is missing the trim around the mirror. What is that called? I call it a seal/trim for exterior mirror. Where can I find one?

Hello,

You will need to remove the door panel if you want to remove the whole mirror, but it looks like the mirror cradle has come undone. here are some diagrams to help you get the job done.
