Passenger blend door actuator

If you have the dual zone system it is on the HVAC case behind the glove box to the left side of the blower motor. To get to it you need to remove the close out panel under the dash and then remove the actuator. Install the new one and then you need to run the actuator reset.
To do that without a scan tool start with the key off, Remove the HVAC fuse for 10 seconds. Put the fuse back in and start the engine. Wait a minute for the actuators to complete their reset.
If you don't have the dual zone system the blend door actuator is buried in the HVAC case and to get to it you have to remove the dash and the HVAC case to get to it. To do that you also need the tools to remove the AC charge and drain the cooling system.
