My airbag warning light stays on. I took it to get inspected and the code that came up for it was the passenger airbag occupancy. It is not reading that there is someone in the seat is there anything I can try before replacing the seat?

Hi,

Is there anything that has been altered with the seat? For example, are there seat covers, added padding, seat heaters, or anything other than the original parts?

Also, do you have diagnostic trouble codes that were found?

Let me know.
