How to put together the upper radiator and hood latch support?

Hello my name is Zachary. I am having to go behind another technician who is very messy and very sloppy to finish installing a dash. I have a question where a few parts go and how to put together the upper radiator and hood latch support

Can you get some pictures of what you are dealing with? By upper radiator, I assume you mean the core support? Also, I attached the latch information as well.

Sorry you are dealing with this as that is not fun. It is one thing when you have to figure out a difficult problem but cleaning up after another is never easy.
