Part under car fell and is dragging

A part under my car fell and is scraping the road. Happened after I went over a speed bump. There's exhaust smell. I'm thinking of duct taping it to be able to drive to mechanic.

Okay, that is a splash guard for the underneath at the front.

That will have to be replaced. Chances are you can just remove it completely and take it with you to a shop and have them order you a new one.

You can drive it without any worries.
